Beers
Lagers/Pilsners
Brooklyn Lager ($3.5) - The award-winning Brooklyn Lager is amber-gold in color, and displays a firm malt center supported by a fine bitterness and floral hop aroma. The aromatic qualities of the beer are enhanced by "dry-hopping," the centuries-old practice of steeping the beer with fresh hops as it undergoes a long, cold maturation. The result is a wonderfully flavorful beer, smooth, refreshing and very versatile.
Eggenberg Pils ($3.5) - Schloss Eggenberg has been in the possession of the family Forstinger-Stöhr for over 200 years. It was mentioned for the first time approximately 1000 years ago, and since the 14th century, beer has been brewed in Schloss Eggenberg. Approximately 200 years ago, the brewery was acquired by the ancestors of today's owners.
Cider
Original Sin ($4) - Original Sin is a gluten-free cider that contains no artificial colors or flavor. Original Sin is light and clean tasting allowing the natural flavor of the apple to speak for itself. Rated America's Top Cider by New York Times.
IPA/Pale Ale (Hoppy Beer)
Firestone Walker Pale 31($4) - one of the most award-winning American style pale ales in the country. This is the American beer style that started a revolution in taste. We’ve taken the classic British pale ale and elevated it with a wonderful dose of northwest American hops. A crisp floral hop aroma precedes a medium-bodied clean finishing ale.
Nectar IPA ($4) - Our IPA is created from a base of Pale and Crystal malts and is aggressively hopped throughout the brewing process with a final hop addition in the conditioning vessel. A beautiful flowery hop aroma will greet you as you dive into this hop lover's dream. A middle caramel malt presence balances high hop bitterness with hop flavor end to end.
Dogfish Head 60 IPA ($4) - Our 60 Minute IPA is continuously hopped - more than 60 hop additions over a 60 minute boil. 60 Minute is a session India Pale Ale brewed with a slew of great Northwest hops. A powerful, but balanced East Coast I.P.A. with a lot of citrusy hop character. The session beer for hardcore beer enthusiasts!
Wheat/Belgian White
Hoegaarden ($4) -Hoegaarden is the authentic Belgian wheat or white beer. It has a unique and complex brewing process whereby the brand is first top fermented and then is refermented within the bottle - ending up in a unique cloudy-white appearance. The unique appearance is mirrored by its one-of-a-kind taste - sweet and sour beer with a little bitterness, slightly spicy, with a strong touch of coriander and a hint of orange. Refreshing, a little quirky, and decidedly different - naturally.
Abita Purple Haze ($3.5) -Lighter body, crisp refreshing palate, made with raspberry puree creating a mild berry finish.
Brown Ales/Porters
Brooklyn Brown Ale ($3.5) -Northern English brown ales tend to be strong and dry, while southern English brown ales are milder and sweeter. Brooklyn Brown Ale combines the best of those classic styles and then adds an American accent in the form of a firm hop character and roasty palate. A blend of six malts, some of them roasted, give this beer its deep russet-brown color and complex malt flavor, fruity, smooth and rich, with a caramel, chocolate and coffee background. Generous late hopping brings forward a nice hop aroma to complete the picture. Brooklyn Brown Ale is full-flavored but retains a smoothness and easy drinkability that has made it one of the most popular dark beers in the Northeast.
St. George Porter ($3.5) - Full body, ruby black, very strong malt character, medium chocolate, slight coffee flavor, low perceived bitterness, well balanced, low - medium carbonation.
